Tom Davis was a long-time member of our club and served as Treasurer for 20+ years. He and his wife, Marie raced and cruised on a Catalina 30 “Dream Finder”, then on a Catalina 36 “Wind Swept”. He was also a founding member of the Saint Croix Sailing School. Tom loved being on the water sailing as well as being a part of the sailing club. He also enjoyed serving on both the SCSC and SCSS board of directors. Sailing anywhere was his “Happy Place”. He will be missed by all who knew him. Any donations can be made out to the Saint Croix Sailing School or the charity of your choice. Feel free to forward this notice to anyone interested in attending who is not on our SCSC mailing list. Note: This is not a club-sponsored event, and there will be no beercan “race”, just a gathering of friends to reminisce about Tom.
