2026 Spring Banquet

This year’s Spring Banquet will be hosted at the St. Croix Marina by members of our club. All members are welcome! Come and join us in kicking off our 2026 sailing season!

Menu: Spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, salad, and dessert. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided (BYOB).

Please sign up in advance by April 21th to receive a discount.

When: Saturday, April 25th. Social at 5pm, Dinner at 6pm.

How Much: RSVP Before 4/21: Adult members are $15, children 12 or under are $8, 4 and under is free. Paying cash or check at the door is welcome, but we need your RSVP ASAP!
After 4/21 w/o RSVP: Adults will be $20, children $8.

Beercan Party Host Registration Form

Thank you for offering to host an event! You are a valuable part of our volunteer-run organization! Every year we look to you the membership to help plan and host the events that follow our 9 Beercan races.

The club will reimburse picnic expenses up to $200 for Beer Can Parties.
An additional $100 will be reimbursed for the Rum Party and Stillwater Beercan/Cruise events.
Expenses over these amounts will not be reimbursed, however you will receive many thanks for your donation to the well-being of club members!

SCSC will not provide or reimburse for alcohol at any events.

Hosts have the option to suggest aspects of the evenings races. Be it a theme (arr matey), race courses, etc… Suggestions must conform to our Sailing Instructions or otherwise be approved by the Organizing and Race Committees, but all accommodations will be made to the best of our ability. Reach out to the Principal Race Officer on the Contact page if you have any questions.

SCMC owners or renters wishing to host:
Please book the point in your name with SCMC (have them cancel the SCSC booking), or choose another venue as you see fit. This applies to all beercan events, including those with no venue currently assigned.

For events with locations marked “TBD”, you may choose a venue (there are lots of options), or we may “try” booking the point within a few days of the event. We try to not hog the point – it’s for everyone at the marina, after all.
